Register an Online Complaint to Nodal Officers
The process to lodge an online complaint with Nodal Officers of Vodafone Idea:
Step1: Login/register your account or chat with the Nodal Office Executive: https://www.myvi.in/account/login
Step 2: After successful login, select service requests from the profile menu, visit the service request page, and then raise a ticket by choosing the mode of communication.
Step 3: Select chat, request a callback (for non-technical troubleshooting), or message on WhatsApp to raise a ticket online with your concerns.
Step 4: After the successful registration of your complaint, note down the ticket/service request number to track the status.

- Must file an appeal within 30 days of the final decision of VI Customer Care.

- The final decision of the Appellate Authority will be given within 39 days after the successful submission of the application.
