Register an Online Complaint to Nodal Officers

The process to lodge an online complaint with Nodal Officers of Vodafone Idea:

Step1: Login/register your account or chat with the Nodal Office Executive: https://www.myvi.in/account/login

Step 2: After successful login, select service requests from the profile menu, visit the service request page, and then raise a ticket by choosing the mode of communication.

Step 3: Select chat, request a callback (for non-technical troubleshooting), or message on WhatsApp to raise a ticket online with your concerns.

Step 4: After the successful registration of your complaint, note down the ticket/service request number to track the status.

Step 5: Not resolved within a week (usually it may take 10 days). You can file an appeal against VI Care in the concerned VI Appellate Authority.

Appeal to VI Appellate Authority

VI Appellate Authority takes cases or grievances that are not resolved by VI customer care within the given period or are unsatisfied with the final resolution.

You can appeal by lodging a grievance to VI Appellate Authority by following these steps. Read carefully the procedure to submit a successful application.

Required Information:

  • Must file an appeal within 30 days of the final decision of VI Customer Care.
  • Mention the Docket Number (Unique Complaint reference Number to get the history of your issue and decisions).
  • The final decision of the Appellate Authority will be given within 39 days after the successful submission of the application.
  • Time of Office: Monday to Friday, between 10 AM to 6 PM.

Submit an Appeal

Procedure to submit your VI Cares grievance successfully with the concerned Appellate Authority.

Step 1: Visit the link: VI Appellate Authority

Step 2: Write the application to the Appellate Authority or call on the given number by the Appellate Authority of your zone or circle (State). You can also e-mail customercare@vodafoneidea.com.

Step 3: In your e-mail or application, must mention the docket number (reference number) of your previous complaint to VI Care. Also, attach the supportive documents to support your issue.

Step 4: You can also contact the regional office of VI (If it is near your home), visit there, and submit your application to get a faster resolution.

Step 5: After the successful submission of your grievance to VI Authority, please take the docket or reference number of your grievance to track the status.

Outgoing call not been done and net is very very poor

I Bhavin Karia having VI Prepaid card mob no., is very much unsatisfied with the service, as i cann;t do any out going call due to network problem and even the net is very slow sometimes only work, Request you to resolve the query immediately else have to change it to some other service provider.

hi, this is sabeer, i lost my sim, then i went for sim replacement to the sore which was located at opposite chimakurthy eye hospital kurnool road, ongole. i waited for 1 hour, and that employee is went for tea break by saying half an hour to waite...... this is complete worst experience by the vi store & iam going o spread my bad experience to all for bycott vi

Around a month ago, I changed my family plan mobile numbers XXXXXX3966 (primary) and XXXXXX6317 (secondary) to No. (primary) and XXXXXX9247 (after porting from Airtel). The mobile was not working where SIM was placed. I talked your representative, who visited my place and handed over a new SIM with the same number as XXXXXX9247 . As present, I do not have any extra mobile to use the SIM containing number XXXXXX6317. In view of this, I request that you deactivate the number XXXXXX6317 upon receipt of this message, so that I need not pay any further bills. Thanks Regards Patal Behari Das

the worst customer care services VI have no doubt this company will going to fall in some years definitely like i did a call to customer care they answered it telled me to do some procedure like clearing my browser history and all idk how is that even related to a sim card also then he said hang up the call and switch off ur phone and then turn it on ur data will going to work then i did as he told me but obv. nothing happened again i called them they answered my call and said that there is an technical error we can't help u with ur situation wtf man i just did a top up to resolve my meeting and they are saying we cant help with that then the executive hang the call in the middle of the conversation then i called them again for 3 to 4 times and they are not answering my calls every time
