However, sometimes customers may face issues with their products and must register a complaint to Boat for warranty or service.

Notice - Be alert! Don't share the financial or banking details and don't share OTP to customer care executive. Protect yourself from Frauds and Scams. Report to Cyber Crime Bureau or Call 1930 as soon as possible to protect your earnings and others.

*If you have cancelled any order or facing transaction failures, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 15 working days. For the return of the product, it will take 20 days.

For bulk orders, you can email the support team at corporates@imaginemarketingindia.com with order ID and other references.

While registering a complaint, provide your order ID or product group, product name, model, colour, and pin code. Make sure that the details match the ones written on the product box or invoice. If there is a name mismatch, your claim may be rejected.

You also need to upload a copy of your invoice and a video or image of the product showing the issue.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a complaint/reference number. You can use this number to track the status of your complaint on the BoAt Support.

Poor service

On warranty period , replacement is asured by boAt service, but on claiming the same _ eardopes, i received someone used product 2 times. So i returned the item to service centre directly. It's 3 months passed and never received any reply. The most worst experience ever had, not recommending these brand or items.
