*If you have cancelled any order or facing transaction failures, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 15 working days. For the return of the product, it will take 20 days.

While registering a complaint, provide your order ID or product group, product name, model, colour, and pin code. Make sure that the details match the ones written on the product box or invoice. If there is a name mismatch, your claim may be rejected.
You also need to upload a copy of your invoice and a video or image of the product showing the issue.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a complaint/reference number. You can use this number to track the status of your complaint on the BoAt Support.
