DigiSaath is a joint initiative of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), a consortium of Payment System Operators, and Participants (banks & non-banks). It provides information and assistance on India’s digital payment products and financial services. DigiSaath also has integrated helpline numbers to register a financial complaint and chatbots for financial and digital literacy.

Citizens can get information on digital payment modes, such as UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, Cards, ATM, AePS, Fastag, PPI wallets, etc. You can also lodge complaints to banks and institutions through available helplines. DigiSaath supports multiple languages, such as Hindi, English, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, and Assamese.
Participants of the Working Committee for DigiSaathi are NPCI, State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of Baroda (BOB), Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay (GPay), Amazon Pay, Bill Desk, MSwipe Technologies, Indian Banks’ Association, and Payments Council of India (PCI).
