I booked a mattress and it was on time for the said delivery time. When I called Flipkart customer care about that matter, they told me that delivery was given to three people, so we don't know, sir, but they said that it will be delivered to you soon. Flipkart madam if we are booking with confidence they are giving any answer so if anyone wants to book mattress please book in flipkart your time waste. The product quality was horrible and ask for a refund the refund was approved twice but the pickup agent refused as he said it’s a product mismatch. Instead we opened only one of them and placed a return request but the pick up agent opened all four and did not pack it the way it was given. Now they are refusing to take a return such a horrible service and the customer service agent Pooja from flipkart does not understand the issue and is unwilling to take help from her senior.

My order ID. OD332412657655109100 , dated 25/09/2024, delivred on02/10/2024. The price printed on Parrywear Angle cock is Rs. 620/- pcs. The Flipkart is misleading the customer ,quoting the actual rate Rs.2000/- per pcs. after discount Rs.600/- . I was not aware of the actual rate ,ordered for 2 pcs.My concern is why you mislead the consumer ? can't you write original rate of the product ? I purchase from Flipkart due to heavy discount ,otherwise same product is available at our local market @ less than printed price . Its reduclas,You can cheat only once , in future myself ,relatives and freinds will never order from Flipkart. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent delivery I received from your company. On 07.07.2024 I placed order for a Samsung M33 5G 6/128GB Emerald Brown mobile phone from your website. However, when the package arrived, the item inside was not the one I had ordered. Instead of receiving the afore said Mobille that I had selected and paid for, I was delivered a different colour (Green Color instead of Brown).This is completely unacceptable and not the product I had intended to purchase. I am very disappointed with this experience, as I had placed the order with the expectation of receiving the specific item I had chosen. The incorrect delivery has caused me significant inconvenience, as I now need to go through the process of returning the wrong item and waiting for the correct product. I already been contacted customer service and told them to resolve this issue by arranging a return pickup of the incorrect item at your earliest convenience.They picked up and confirm me that i will received my product before 11.07.2024. But till now I have not received my product. Such a bad and unaccepted service i received from Flipkart. I expect a full refund for the order amount, as well as any shipping charges I incurred. Please provide me with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to facilitate this return. I hope you will address this matter urgently. On 28 Nov , 2023 I bought a Corsica helical coffee table (Honey Gold) from the table via flip kart website. I paid Rs.17,999 on my credit card for the coffee table and delivery table delivered to my home in November 2023. Unfortunately ,your product has not performed well because each and every corner nail are open ,in an open place the dust(rust) is coming by day to day .I filed a report about this problem on the website and whats app and customer service . I left my email and asked someone to contact me, but no one has written back, to resolve the problem on date 25-03- 2024, after 4 April 2024 I got kit about the solution, I arranged carpenter to give solutions, he keenly check and mention that the product quality is poor so that nails are open dust his coming outside the fix charge for Rs.1800 per day, I regret that work again I call Corsica table on next day no response for my call till now. I have enclosed so many photos via social media. By Saturday I spoke to a person from Corsica named Mr.Shasun and he ask to give mail for further process. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until this coming Sunday. Still now no response.

I have ordered grocery 21 items through Flipkart, on second day order was suppose be delivered before 5:30pm, after waiting till 5:40 I have called delivery partner though given number in delivery. person said we didn't receive any order with your name, maybe order will deliver in next slot, and after 5 minuets system automatically shown that order is delivered but in real that was not happened, a so waited till next day and then called customer care about order not delivered. After waiting for long still no positive response from team Flipkart. It is worst experience with team Flipkart.
