Lenskart Solutions Private Limited, a popular online retailer of eyewear, offers a wide range of products including eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. It also has a network of eyewear stores in India, UAE, and Singapore.

However, if you are as a customer, not satisfied with your purchase or experience any issues with the products or services, you can register a complaint with Lenskart. If the problems are not resolved, you can also escalate the complaint to the higher authorities.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a pair of glasses on 21.07.20024 vide Order ID 1291765201. I had to return the product on 29.07.2024. I tried to place an exchange order at that time but due to technical problem I failed to do so. I contacted the customer support desk and Apurva, the executive, assured me that I would be able to place the replacement order once the returned item gets picked up. The product was picked up on 30.07.2024 but I have been failing to place exchange order since then. Today I contacted the customer care once again and Mohd Ashraf Khan arranged for a call at 12 pm but no one called me at that time. Again, I contacted the customer care and this time I had a pathetic experience with MOHD. NADEEM who practically ghosted me at the middle of our conversation. He told me that I would get the refund as store credit in next July i.e. after 11 months, till then I need to wait for placing the exchange order. I wanted to confirm if he is mentioning the timing correctly, but he didn't bother to respond. He ignored my requests to arrange for a call with an executive and suddenly stopped responding at the middle of the conversation without providing any solution. I don't know what will happen with my money as I never experienced such unfriendly response from the customer support executives in my lifetime.

Poor Quality Frame

I purchased Progressive lenses spectacles; the frame was so poor quality it was broken from the hinge while removing the spectales from my eyes. They did not accept that the frame was of poor quality. Also, to my surprise, They were not able to transfer the lenses to a new frame (on a chargeable basis), which otherwise any local shop would have done easily.

Lens replacement order ID 1294080279

I paid for delivery charges along with the replacement charges on Saturday 31st August 2024, I got message on Wednesday that order is complete and ready for pickup from store, but as I have paid for delivery at home, I didn't receive the same as of today i.e. 11th September 2024, I am a working woman, and it is becoming really hard to work without spectacles, leaving effect on my productivity, I escalated the matter at toll free number too and I was made assured to get the delivery within 24 hours but that time also lapsed. Very poor service, feeling disappointed.

Visited Lenskart, Pollachi

As soon as I entered Lenskart, Pollachi near Gowrishankar, the person without showing the glasses or frames started saying the frames/glasses ranges from INR 5000 onwards and further he directed us to visit the optical House located nearby. He took us granted that we are not worth buying glasses from Lenskart nor we can afford. This attitude printed me to visit other than Lenskart. My family is user of lenskart glasses at Delhi, Cochin, Palakkad. I request u to advise your rep at Pollachi to have customer relationship and I am advising my family members not to approach Lenskart henceforth

Complain regarding Lenses Quality issues

Hello Customer Support, I procured a Lenskart pair of eyeglasses from the outlet situated at Mayur Vihar, Phase-2, Delhi. Since then I have been experiencing vision issues. I get pain during their use and a blurry image shows. A complaint to the outlet owner has already been made but no constructive feedback has been received else he said that the warranty has expired. How the warranty can expire in a couple of months. First, he rounded me up and then asked that the warranty had expired.
