Lodge Grievance to CGRF and Further, File Petition to Electricity Ombudsman, JERC (Manipur & Mizoram)
If your electricity complaint is not redressed by the MSPCL within the given period and also you are not satisfied with the final response or resolution of the complaint then as per the Electricity (Regulation) Act, 2003 you can lodge a grievance to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, MSPCL (Manipur).
If further your grievance is not redressed by the CGRF of your nearest MSPDCL sub-division within 45 days then you can file a petition to the Electricity Ombudsman, Manipur & Mizoram (Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission) within 30 days after the final order or expiry of the time limit of CGRF.
