finally, if your complaint is not resolved within the given time (usually – 30 days), you can directly approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, UPPCL in the regional forum of MVVNL.

Hi! I have been receiving SMS on my father’s mobile number that an electricity bill of more than 15000 Rs is due for payment. My father is no more. We reside in Surat and never stayed in UP. Last bill of 7th May’2024 is attached for your ready reference. Account no is 0280788684. Request to make appropriate correction at the earliest to sort of the matter. Owner seems to be not paying the bill and might be a scam/fraud. Regards, Geyal
