Return of Product - Brand W - Floral Yoke Design Thread Work Straight Kurta

Dear All, This is to inform you all that, have ordered kurta however product is not required due to "Size Issue" and same is marked as "returnable" Today i.e 22nd Nov, 24, concerned person visited to collect the product however same is not collected as his concern is of product colour is different. My concern is that how come product colour will be different if we are returning same product. Request to all look into the matter seriously and refund the amount at earliest.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration as a long-standing customer of Myntra. I have never encountered such poor service with any other shopping platform. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident; I’ve been facing ongoing issues with Myntra for quite some time. Recently, I placed a return request due to a size issue, but despite repeated attempts, no one has come for the pickup or reached out to me. Instead, my return was falsely marked as “rejected due to quality check failure,” which is entirely untrue. I’ve contacted Myntra around 8-9 times to resolve this, but each time, I either receive unhelpful responses, scripted replies, or empty promises that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Yet, the return remains on hold with no clear updates or reasons. This is a recurring issue for me, as deliveries are often incorrectly marked (e.g., “customer not at home”), delayed, or the return process becomes unnecessarily complicated. I am willing to provide photos of the product with all required tags for verification

Refund scam

recently made a purchase from Myntra Fashion, buying 5 items worth 3674 after a 10% discount. To my utter disappointment, one of the items arrived in a used condition, covered in stains. immediately requested a replacement, which was approved. However, what followed was downright unacceptable. Myntra Fashion decided to deduct the 10% discount from my refund amount. This is nothing short of a customer service disaster. Why should I, as a customer, be penalized for receiving a faulty, used product? The discount was applied to the entire order, yet Myntra Fashion's policy seems to unfairly take back the discount when had no control over the situation. This feelslike daylight robbery and exploits the very customers who have trusted Myntra Fashion for quality and service. It's not just about the money-it's about the principle of fairness and customer respect. Myntra Fashion's decision to penalize customers for their own quality issues sets a dangerous precedent. If Myntra Fashion truly values its customers, it should take responsibility for its own mistakes rather than squeezing out every last rupee from those who experience issues with their orders. urge them to rethink this exploitative refund policy. Product not delivered

I have placed an order on 27 September and the order id is - 1279255 78397291876101 . This order contains 4 products and all products were supposed to deliver before 1st October. All of them are showing as " delivered failed '' . This has been continuing since 4 days .Every day the products are showing out of delivery and after sometime it shows 'delivery failed ' Raised many companies but did not get any satisfactory response from Myntra . I request you please take a look into this matter and do the needful.. Thanks .

Myntra - Wrong Product received, Online Fraud

Wrong Product , Online Fraud This app is not trustworthy at all. I have received wrong product 3 rd time from this app , some not having price tag, some not having brand name, and one with different brand name and when I have put return request Myntra haven't accepted the return and have not refunded me the amount, this is absolutely FRAUD with their customers. Also I had to chat, call them multiple times for follow ups yet they just ask time and more time even after accepting that the complaint addressal by them is already delayed. I have also taken videos while opening the product yet return is not accepted. Also they don't have the service to open the product in front of the agent when he/she come to deliver the product. It's just the one way check when returning the product and not when receiving the product. Surely they are makeing online money by doing fraud with customer. I hope this company shuts down soon for they are doing so much Fraud.

Hi Myntra, Already I have purchased 2 pieces of 3L prestige pressure cooker from your myntra - I liked the quality of product and purchased the 5 Lit for my home address as a Mother's Day gift for my mom I have ordered the prestige 5L pressure cooker(12664716721083884103) - After delivery when i open the box, The handle of the pressure cooker was broken and i have raised the complaint twice. The myntra investigation team has simply reverted that the item has been shipped in a proper condition after quality checks and closed the reinvestigation as well. what kind of investigation is this, Ofcourse each and every item will be shipped after the proper quality check - The item may be damaged by the mishandling by shipping and delivery agents also Also the handle of a pressure cooker is very hard plastic, No human being can break it with hand and i am not mad to break the brand-new product. Each and every customer care executive of your myntra are accepting that no customer will accept the damaged product but at last they are telling that they can't help on this against the myntra investigation team if myntra is not ready to accept the exchange or return for damaged products - Please change the policy that no returns or exchanges accepted even if any damaged products are delivered If this is not going to resolved - Will post the same in all social medias and go to consumer court as well.
