How to File a Complaint of Netmeds?
As per Netmeds’s customer service policy, the process for resolving complaints is divided into 2 levels. If your complaint remains unresolved after the initial customer support from Netmeds at level 1, the matter can be escalated to the next designated authority.

Level 2: Grievance Officer, Netmeds (RRL)
As per the IT Act 2000 and E-Commerce Rules 2020, if the complaints filed with Netmeds Customer Service at level 1 are not resolved to your satisfaction within the resolution period, you can escalate your complaint to the Grievance Officer at RRL designated for Netmeds.
Include the following essential details in your written grievance letter or email:
- Reference/Ticket Number of Submitted Complaint
- Order ID
- Reason for Dissatisfaction
- Expected Relief from Netmeds
- Description of the Case with relevant facts and documents.

Have complaints about the quality of medicines or drugs sold by Netmeds? File a complaint to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) of the Directorate General of Health Services through the CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System) of Govt. of India.
Not resolved to your satisfaction by the Grievance Officer of Netmeds?
If you find the resolution provided by Netmeds (RRL) unsatisfactory, then file an informal consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NACH). Additionally, you may opt for arbitration with Reliance Retail Ltd. to internally resolve the dispute.
Alternatively, you can file a formal complaint against Netmeds or its partners with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) – Consumer Court.
