Complaint regarding services of Panasonic split ac

Sir, I regret to inform that I feel embressed to purchased and installed 1.5 ton Panasonic split ac at Rewari in Haryana. Customer care person cancel complaint automatically without attending job. I am trying to call Service engineer last five days, person even not attending a call. Service facility is very poor, I request to farward this message to a responsible person who feels proud to be part of Panasonic.

Complaint against customer care

We bought Panasonic's TV 7 years ago, today there were some issues in the TV, we called the customer care for service, they heard the complaint and gave a complaint number but the issue was not solved, we called again the next day, they again asked for all the information, we told again, then asked to edit the address in it, but they still did not solve the problem and talked very rudely. If you do not call here again, then our question is whether we complain or not and if we do not do then we will not take and will not refer to the next one too.

Non compliance of service call for Home appliance

I have registered for the service of Panasonic AC on 28-3-2024 with JOB card No.R28032421849334. I have paid a sum of Rs 7490/- for the replacement of spares Temp Air Systems with UPI transaction ID 408965878XXX on 29-3-224. The job is not yet done and upon enquiring with Panasonic Customer care No. 08069841333. Kindly do the needful to resolve the problem.
