You can contact Realme customer care at:
- Customer Care: Call the customer care helpline number 18001022777 and communicate in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Telugu, and Tamil.
- WhatsApp: Massage and explain your issue in detail with supporting evidence such as copy of bills, screenshots, or photos of the device.
- Service Center: If your device is defective, visit the nearest customer service center with a copy of the invoice/bill (if comes under warranty).
Still, not resolved? You may escalate the unresolved complaint to the level 2 officials.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution or the response from the customer care team, you can escalate the complaint to the service head or the president of Realme. Further, you can escalate the disputed matter to the office of the president by sending an email at president@realme.com.

If you have complaints regarding violation of privacy, misuse of your details by Realme, or have concerns for the infringement of IPR, file your complaint to the appointed Grievance Officer by email at privacy.in@realme.com.
Level 3: Consumer Commission
For consumer disputes related to your Realme purchases, including smartphones, accessories, smart wearables, personal computers, and related electronics, or issues with product/service quality, breaches of consumer rights, warranty concerns, or questionable business practices, you can appeal to the Consumer Commission.
You can file a complaint against Realme to:

- Competition Commission of India (CCI), for business or trade disputes concerning unfair competition.
For matters particularly related to compliance with regulations concerning electronics, smartphones, and accessories, such as standards for quality, safety, or service quality offered by Realme, you can approach the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Additionally, you may attempt to settle the dispute with Realme internally through arbitration or mediation. If these measures do not resolve your issue, legal action can be taken by approaching the appropriate regulatory authority or district/high court.
