I have purchased a double door LG refrigerator on 2019. Since then 2 times compressor and gas related issues happened. It is not cooling at all. I have raised a service request on 9th of April, 2024.One person visited and confirmed it is compressor related issue. Compressor warranty is of 10 years. Ideally they should replace the compressor. But no luck. My service request number is RNP240409055104. The service person is not picking up call. LG customer care representatives are equally bad. They were not sharing any ticket number against my call.
