Pathetic After sales service for ICUBE Scooters @ PRN Motors Kalyannagar Bangalore

After investing in branch TVS which always stood for quality products and services , i am shocked as to how they missed out auditing the level of after sales service through their dealers (PRN) , Firstly there are no people to even receive the scooter for service , the person in the front desk directs you to the security guard who is not a staff and the guard is piled up with people and he is doing the entry in a register , staffs are just wandering about , not a single one to attend the customer , no parking place available . the whole experience is disgusting and chaotic........ looks like the dealers like PRN all set to tarnish the branch called TVS .... IF tvs cannot service why do the take the pain of selling and ending up in a OLA like situation ??? regards Sarabjjith Singh

The bolt from the wheel came off. When we approached them about the issue, they handled it unprofessionally. Two days after the service, they questioned how they could be responsible for it, even though I hadn’t used the bike since the service. Eventually, they came to my place to fix the issue but insisted that I should have kept the bike at the spot where I fell. However, I had already requested them to deliver it to my place. This incident reflects their lack of care and humanity. Due to their negligence, I sustained injuries to my leg and hand.

Sir , I have a Scooty pep plus with registration no RJ02BU9489 in which problem in a part named ECU which is frequently get issue and as a result the vehicle get missing issue while riding I complaint many time regard this to my home dealer Darshana Automobile TVS Alwar Rajasthan pin 301001. Varry bad experiance of service, My father's Ntorq 125 which was serviced on 04 Oct 2024 by giving Rs 3000/- from Top Haven Chengannur, Whenmy father try to start the scooter on the next day ie, on 05 Oct he was unable to start it, he tried may times, then on 06 oct also he tried since it was sunday the service centre was closed so on 07th Oct whith the help of a local technition he start the scooter and took to the same service centre, the service supervisor told that it is because of the carbon and they have to clean it and will cost aproximate 4500/-, but when my dad told them that the scooter was serviced on 04 Oct 2024 by giving 3000 Rs then the service manager told that we have to leave the scooter for one week, But my dad didn't leave it he took the scooter with him and checked the issue from a local workshop, they told that a leakage in a tube is the issue and can be repaired with in half an hour. I dont understand why the service supervisor and the manger told lie to my father. either they don't know the job or they faild to identify the actual problem. But we decided not to go to TVS any more my dad and me was trusted in TVS but now we understood.

Spare Parts Unavailable and Inadequate Response

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my TVS Apache RTR 160 2V, which I dropped off for repairs at Supreme Galaxy Service Centre, Thane, following an accident. While most repairs have been completed, the master cylinder replacement remains unresolved due to the unavailability of a matching spare part. Below is a detailed account of my concerns and requests for immediate resolution: Incompatible Spare Part:  The available master cylinder spare part has a new part number. Although the dealer assured compatibility, I noticed discrepancies: The brake lever color does not match the clutch lever. Unsuccessful Attempts to Obtain the Original Part:  Customer care informed me that the original part (with the old part number) was available in smaller quantities at two service centers in Thane and in larger quantities (15+) at TVS Autorace Automotive in Lower Malad.  Since my dealer lacked the manpower to procure the part, I personally visited Lower Malad after taking a half-day leave. Unfortunately, the part available there was the same incompatible one as offered by my dealer. I connected with customer care during my visit, and the executive spoke with the dealer. Despite efforts to escalate the matter to the Area Manager, they were unreachable.  Today I connected with customer care again. Executive requested me to coordinate directly with the dealer (via conference call or in-person visit), which I declined as I cannot invest further time in resolving this issue. Follow-up communication with customer care revealed that the original spare part is no longer manufactured, and only the new, incompatible part is available, based on their call with my dealer (Supreme Galaxy). They attempted to reach there Area Manager, again that too failed. For a bike purchased only a year ago, I am surprised by the unavailability of a critical spare part. Impact on Bike Aesthetics and Resale Value: Using mismatched parts affects the appearance and could reduce the vehicle's resale value. Inadequate Resolution Process: The inability to escalate beyond the Area Manager and lack of coordination between customer care, service centers, and the manufacturing team reflects poorly on TVS's service support. Please assist with following: 1. Why was the original spare part discontinued so soon? Why does the new spare part fail to match the original design and color? 2. Alternatively, provide an immediate temporary solution (insured part), free of cost and a timeline for a permanent fix. I will bear the cost once the actual part is available. Customer sevice drops calls everytime halfway and fed up with follow ups now.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 scooter from the authorized Shelar TVS Showroom in Swargate, Pune, in April 2024. Over the past 7-8 months, I have been experiencing recurring tire punctures, despite regularly checking and maintaining air pressure. My expenses related to these tire issues have reached approximately ₹5,000. I have raised this concern with the Shelar showroom, but they have not provided any assistance. I also contacted the TVS customer care number, but unfortunately, no solution has been offered. I kindly request a replacement for the scooter , along with reimbursement for the expenses incurred to date. Vibration Issue Not Solw

I purchased this vehicle from A K AUTO , Miraj showroom about a year ago. From the very first service, I raised the issue of vibration with the showroom. To date, I have given my vehicle in for service four times, each time for around 5-10 days for a detailed inspection of the problem. Each time, the service center informed me that the R&D team inspected my vehicle and replaced parts like the rollers from the clutch, polished the fixed disc from the CVT, etc. However, the issue persists. Additionally, within a year, my vehicle started having problems with starting. but there has been no improvement. My experience with the TVS team has been very disappointing. They acknowledged that there is a vibration problem with this TVS Jupiter 125cc vehicle, but to date, they have not shown enough enthusiasm to resolve this problem for customers.

Customer lounge is so dirty same for toilets which are worse than public toilets . No drinking water in lounge Habitual of not picking the calls . What to say else ??????????????? I have a TVS RTR 160 Disc. After bike servicing including oil filter change, spark plug change, air filter change, engine oil change I went for pollution test and in pollution test it failed. If this happens then how we will motivate for purchasing TVS bikes, it's really disappointing.

Service issue

TVS iqube was bought in November 2023. KL 58 AJ 3395 This is my vehicle no. Now 2 services are over. It had a shockupser problem right from the first service. They said clear. But it was not resolved. A second service was then held. But again they did not solve this problem. I took it in for service last 3 days and they said the shockupser was replaced under warranty. Still the problem did not change. The lack of kilometers was also pointed out. The vehicle has been stopped twice on the way due to the mileage shortfall. This issue was also not cleared. Due to this complaint I have been to their Kannur Prince showroom (last service advisor Sarath) a total of 4 times. If the bad service continues like this, a written complaint will be filed. AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VEHICLE TO OTHERS. Now a friend of mine is looking to buy this vehicle. I will tell them not to buy this vehicle due to bad service. If this continues, a complaint will be filed in the consumer court. Please register my complaint. Provide excellent service and resolve these issues. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear Team, It's been 10 days (Vehicle given for service on 08/06/2024) now still waiting for the call. There is no response from the service centre. No call back from the service centre and if they answer the call also they will divert the call by kindly call another number and it happens to 4 -5  calls to finally get connected and then also they say they will call back in 30 min, 10min and 1 hour and so on. First service took more than 7 days and now It's my second service which has taken 10 days as of now with no response. Just now called my service centre no one answered the call and didn't respond back too It's high time now and I would like to take legal action against TVS company and Service Centre for running me from pillar to post. We purchased an electric scooty TVS IQUBE S- mercury Grey in the name of Durga Bhavani on 12 th April. We are facing major problems with the scooter. Scooty got stopped after 20 kilometres even after giving full throttle. We went near service centre to complain about the problem. They have solved the problem and given back. Again we have faced panel sounds and panel gaps for this brand new scooty. On 6 th May, at 10 'o' clock am, we again visited the showroom and gave complaint about the problem, they have done minor changes by sticking two sided tape between the pannels. May be in future I may get many issues with this scooty. So I need a permanent solution or else replace my scooty.

i have a issue in my scooty tvs jupiter 125 bs6 there is a issue that my scooty not start when it stand 1 to 2 hours and i faced issue and going on tvs company sevice centre noida til last 3 month but no one solved my problem till now.After investing in branch TVS which always stood for quality products and services , i am shocked as to how they missed out auditing the level of after sales service through their dealers (PRN) , Firstly there are no people to even receive the scooter for service , the person in the front desk directs you to the security guard who is not a staff and the guard is piled up with people and he is doing the entry in a register , staffs are just wandering about , not a single one to attend the customer , no parking place available . the whole experience is disgusting and chaotic........ looks like the dealers like PRN all set to tarnish the branch called TVS .... The bolt from the wheel came off. When we approached them about the issue, they handled it unprofessionally. Two days after the service, they questioned how they could be responsible for it, even though I hadn’t used the bike since the service. Eventually, they came to my place to fix the issue but insisted that I should have kept the bike at the spot where I fell. However, I had already requested them to deliver it to my place. This incident reflects their lack of care and humanity.
