The State Grievance Redressal System (CM Helpline 1905) of the Uttarakhand government is an integrated public grievance redressal system (IPGRS), launched by the state Government of Uttarakhand in 2019. Through the UK CM Helpline, citizens can register a complaint about the ministries, departments, Uttarakhand Police, and government offices including the local government bodies such as municipal corporations, panchayats, and Nagar Parishads.
The CM Helpline 1905 is integrated with other portals, such as the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS), the CM Reference/Letter (LMS) and the Apuni Sarkar Helpdesk.
