e waste

i am regularly giving E WASTE all in good working condition at 10 no bus stop croma store butnot getting any receipt for these. about 3 months back i had returned wet grinder in working condition as i had purchased new, no receipt. on aug 15th i gave 3 set top boxes 1 dish normal box 1 HD boxand one reliance big tv, all with cards in it and remote, none cordless phone HDMI cable 15 rmt and other cables, no receipt with the plea net work not there till now i have not reeived any receipt. earlier when i gave i got receipt and planting of tree in our name etc etc but now there will not be any net work for working condition items, what does that mean, either staff is selling them or using them, kindly look into the matter. ealier i used to get information through muy mail id.

Dear Croma Team, It is very sorry to inform you that you are such a big brand having stores in many cities but only focusing on sales. for service it is very pathetic and i am personally feeling just like that i have been cheated by Croma. last year i have purchased 2 nos of washing machines from you one is fully automatic top load and one semi automatic with external paid warranty of 3 year i.e. total product warranty of 5 years. I purchased this fully automatic machine last year in the month of august and from the same time i felt the issue so i started to raise the complaint 1. SR ID :DEL210823FS02954 date 21 st August 2023. 2. SR ID :DEL090923FS00302 dated 9th Sept 2023. 3. SR ID :DEL230524FS01518 dated 23rd May 2024 but issues resolved on 29th May and 4. SR ID :DEL070824FS01233 Dated 7th August which was replaced today i.e. 12th August 2024. Please also find the invoice copy attached to the machine. When I was purchasing this machine that model was discontinued by the company but due to sales person trust i purchased this. Now today your service person Mr. Rahul came to my home to replace the washing machine and blamed us for not using the washing machine properly same i conveyed to his senior Mr. Jitendra but he was supporting Rahul only. PLease find the video of the washing machine after your service technician replaced the pulsator, its noise is just like some flour mill machine is working. Here, I have been facing issue with this machine from the month of purchased and i feel that this machine having manufacturing issue because i have raised the issue more than 4 times during short time of 1 year only so i can't take so much of pain with this machine so kindly exchange the existing machine with new one. Request you please make some quality product, recruit some qualified person for service and teach them how to treat customers and upgrade your service then only your company will penetrate some market share in this competitive market. I want to inform you about your pathological service and the behavior of you staff @GaurMallCromaCentra. I purchased electronic items from you which cost Rs 40000. Damaged items were delivered to me twice. When I called the retail outlet@Croma Gaur Mall Greater noida west there comes a statement from Mr. Praveen *Get it done from whoever you want to get it done* I suggest no one to avail your services and I will also file a case against you in the consumer court. The customer does not pay you for abuse.

Received LED TV with a Faulty Panel

Hi I write in expressing my dissatisfaction on the after sales service rendered to us after complaining innumerable times for a led tv received with a faulty panel. We had purchased the Croma brand tv - smart led 43 inch about 8 to 9 months ago. since the past few days the led has been distorted and the repairer informed us that the panel was faulty. we requested to replace the old tv with a new piece since it was within warranty but Croma is unwilling to do it. I myself am a TATA employee and did not expect this type of a service from the same parent company. i therefore urge you to send us a new tv at the erliest as a replacement.

Pathetic experience ( LLoyd inverter Split AC 1.5 ton ) UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

It's Been more than a year since i have purchased this ac, Croma sold me a defected piece, I complained about the same along with the issue and a video as evidence and all Croma staff acknowledged, i demanded refund they tricked me saying we will have to have a technician visit first to address the problem if it's not rectified then we can initiate the refund, but when the technician visited he couldn't identify the problem what i showed him in video (serial number was captured in the video to be in safer side ) and mentioned for now everything seems ok even after watching the video .. when i asked him to explain what's happening in the video, he couldn't answer and said for now it's working fine, and never reported my issue further to the office and closed the case mentioned issue resolved where in it was not and i was also not happy, this happened several times , technicians use to visit and use to say that the way Ur ACs outdoor sounds crazy and loud should sound in front of us then we can report the issue further and action will be taken .. and now i have a question it's a machine not a pet the i can make it do the same in front of the technicians when they visit, i offered them to stay with me at home then and wait until the ACs outdoor sounds the same way. the solution to that sound i discovered was to power off and on the ACs ... that problem use to occur suddenly it was not frequent .. it still happens but not frequently don't know what's the issue, unfortunately i have to leave to abroad and hence this matter passed away with time, else i would have taken the complaint further. I might would have filed an FIR but anyways it was Croma (Mohali Branch) Luck and my bad. now when m back i realised the it was showing frequent E5 error and ac was not affective at all , for which i had to struggle to request a repair service from Croma , they only have one number which when they feel like they answer else it keeps ringing , my service request was launched and later after couple of days it was cancelled automatically and later when i called then for the same they said since they couldn't reach me in given TAT time the request was cancelled automatically (That means Customer had to suffer and file a complaint again because of their incapability, anyways this all process lasted for a month to get it resolved, but it was not resolved fully as AC was still not doing much cooling , the technician told me that the ac needed a service he will not do it as the request was for the repair not the ac service and suggested me to file another request for it , i struggled for a long to reach them again for filing a request, the Guy named Akshey from customer service of Croma TDI Mohali branch answered the call and i explained the entire experience again and asked him for AC service request he said he will file the request and gave me the TAT time and i shared my invoice with him, i realised i did not get any msg of ac service request and its been a long i called him again after struggling a lot as they never answer the calls this man again answered the call and said he will do it and i requested him politely he again did not put the request , then i called again and this time i was pissed off and requested a manager , spoke to department manager Ritika (spelling may vary for this name) she assured me the request rather she did it right away while talking to me and i got the msg as a confirmation, and also assured me the we will look into the matter regarding Akshey's behavior , but right the next day that mean today the request got cancelled again... i am really pissed of and thinking to take it further legally as i have all the evidence as this is not working out .. this is my last try with you guys if u can resolve the issue on priority else i will surely be taking it further now .. this Croma TDI Mohali branch tricks to waste customers time money and don't value at all i am from Delhi and never experienced anything bad with Croma but surprised to see Punjab's Croma standart .. poor, illiterate people, no customer service, and they don't care for anyting .. i feel like i have been scammed by Croma TDI Mohali branch .. as i have seems few more people (customers) bouncing back in Croma with issues in the same branch.

AC bracket assembly of the internal unit is broken, despite this it was installed without customer notification.

The AC is installed by the Chroma Team. The product is damaged during the installation procedure. Despite that, it is installed without informing the customer. After a year, when the AC stopped cooling, the insurance team rejected the claim since it was pre-damaged they said. We as a customer were not aware of such a damaged bracket assembly until it was open during analysis. Now the question is neither the insurance company nor the chroma store taking the responsibility of this damaged installation. The issue has been pending for the last 1 month.

I HAVE PURCHASED CROMA PORTABLE AIR CONDITION 1.5 TON. AS PER AVAILABLE SPECIFICATION ON INTERNET, IT CAN BE OPERATED FROM ANYWHERE IN SIDE THE ROOM. WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS OPENED BY CROMA TECHNICIAN FOR INSTALLATION , I FOUND A 1.5 MTR LARGE ( 15 CM DIA) EXHAUST OUTLET PIPE FOR RELEASING HOT AIR. I WAS SHOCKED AND DENIED THE SAME AS MY ROOM IS A CLOSED FROM ALL SIDE. I HAVE APPLIED FOR RETURN AND REFUND REQUEST ON THE SAME DAY. I DO NOT HAVE ANY SCOPE TO WINDOW OUT THE EXHAUST OUTLET PIPE. I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PORTABLE AC 1.5 TON AT HIGH COST @ Rs 43900/- TO OPERATE IT IN A CLOSE ROOM AND CAN CARRY IT ANY CORNER OF THE ROOM. CROMA CUSTOMER CARE IS CITING THAT THE REASON FOR RETURN IS CHANGE OF MIND . SO, WE WILL NOT INTIATE THE RETURN. I HAVE KEPT THE PRODUCT IN PACKED CONDITION SINCE 23 JUN 24 ( INSTALLATION DAY). I HAVE WRITTEN LOT OF MAILS TO CUSTOMER CARE DEPT , GRIEVANCE OFFICER OF CROMA. BUT NOTHING GOOD HAPPENED YET. NOW THE CASE IS PENDING AT NATIONAL CONSUMER FORUM. VERY SAD WITH CROMA BRAND AND WITH THEIR REDRESSAL MECHANISM . MY CLAIM IS GENUINE.

Dear Sir/Madam Greetings of the day I want to let you know that I don't know how much time it takes to solve this problem and also you are unable to give proper advice. If you can't do it, tell it clear because it is not good to have the service team enter the house so many times. Because I face the issue again with my TV. Your team return my TV after check & repair, still it is not working. When I purchase an EXTENDED WARRANTY, your executive told that if the TV issue not fixed with in 1 month, you will get a new TV. So I want to know that you give me a new TV so that I don't lose my trust from you. Please confirm me as soon as possible because I faced this issue from 5th August' 2023 to till. Request for Replacement of Defective Cooler Items

Dear Hevells/Chroma Company Customer Service, I would like to recall the following details related to a recent purchase: I bought a HAVELLS P/COOLER 35L BREEZO-I 35 WHT BRN on May 12, 2024, from Chroma Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. After I filled the water tank to its full capacity, one of the wheels became bent. I lodged a complaint about the wheel, but no technician visited to address the issue. After a few days, the cooler suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer care again, and a technician finally visited. Although the cooler started working afterward, the wheels were not replaced since the technician brought the wrong model. The following day, the cooler stopped working again, leading me to believe that the cooler is defective and should be replaced. Unfortunately, both Chroma and Havells are refusing to replace it, which is very disappointing. If the product is defective, it should be replaced without delay. Why should I have to endure this inconvenience? This indicates that Chroma and Havells do not value their customers' time and money. Currently, the summer days in Delhi are unbearable, with an average temperature of 48°C. Over the past few months, this cooler has caused me significant inconvenience. Dear Croma Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my washing machine orders with the following details: - Order ID: SOA146008921252 dated 09/03/2023 - Order ID: SOA 146350694831 In January, I placed a service request for my washing machine, which was assigned the reference ID CHN030124FS00040. This was followed by reopening the same complaint under reference IDs CHN 310324FS04468 and B0310324EW01993. It has now been more than six months, and I have not received any updates or satisfactory resolutions to my repair requests. In January, a technician visited and identified that the motor was damaged due to water spillage, which he attributed to a design flaw. Additionally, he noted that a rubber bush was damaged for the same reason. He informed me that the motor would be replaced under warranty and the cost of the rubber bush would be approximately INR 300-400. I had specifically requested that the technician visit on Saturdays, Sundays, or after 6 PM on weekdays, as both my spouse and I work full-time. Despite this, no further communication or service was provided. I have visited the Croma store four times to seek a resolution, but to no avail. I provided my alternative contact numbers to ensure I could be reached, including my wife's number as the last resort. Unfortunately, both service requests have been rejected, and no assistance has been rendered. Given the prolonged delay and failure to provide the required service within the warranty period, I am left with no choice but to question the company's ability to repair the machine. Therefore, I request a full refund of the washing machine's cost and ask that the product be returned. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue by arranging the return of the washing machine and processing my refund at the earliest. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Poor customer handling and false promises made

Dear sir/madam, With reference to the trailing mail i would like to draw your attention on below mentioned points: 1. I have ordered AC on 10.06.2024, during the course of order I have been informed that the delivery will be done maximum at 9.00 pm on 11.06.2024. 2. On 11.06.2024, at 10.43 pm I was informed that delivery has been rescheduled to 15.06.2024, the same day I have written to you regarding my grievance for false delivery promise. 3. On 12.06.2024, I have received a phone call from no 020 69107201 wherein I was intimated regarding the delivery which will be done on 12.06.2024 itself or by 13.06.2024. 4. On calling the customer care on 13.06.2024 to enquire about by delivery status I was informed that delivery has been put on hold. And the phone was disconnected without my consent. 5. When I again called to enquire the issue and after receiving non satisfactory response i requested the concerned customer care executive to transfer the call to senior concerned she informed no senior is available and has requested to wait till 11.00 am so that necessary call arrangements can be done to resolve the issue. 6. After waiting till 11.00 am when no call received I again called customer care executive wherein I have asked to transfer my call to senior, my phone was transferred to Mr. Nihal, who without listening to my concern in true spirit have disconnected the call sighting reason for delay as "Far Country". 7. When called again to enquire about call disconnection from Mr. Nihal I was informed that I was not ready to listen. And customer care executive has informed that now no senior is available to talk. 8. Please inform how long am i supposed to wait for my order to get delivered. 9. Why false promises are repeatedly made to me? 10. I have made payment from my credit card on 10.06.2024, who will be bearing the interest for the period of delivery delay? 11. Every time I am calling customer care executive they reply by just saying we have highlighted your concern and no proper response is given. Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. I have purchased a RO, along with that Sales person has given be extended warranty from Croma for 2 yrs. Now since last 1.5 months am suffering to get the RO service done. But they are not doing so. They don’t have any technical team, also no feedback system. Poor management even after visiting the store many times, they couldn’t do the RO service. No one should purchase the AMC or Extended warranty, in that name they are looting public.

Dear Tata Croma Head, I hope this message finds you well. As a loyal customer, on 16-May-24 I along with my wife a senior citizen visited your World Mark 2 showroom in Gurugram, Haryana. While I was impressed by the store’s ambiance and the number of staff members present on both floors, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance. Despite the bustling activity, none of the employees seemed available to help me find the right product. I specifically needed assistance with selecting a dishwasher and later with another product, but unfortunately, no one was attentive. Instead, I observed them engrossed in conversations or using their phones. As a prominent organization, Tata Croma has always stood for excellence and customer satisfaction. But till now nobody has come, I have called customer care, Croma persons but of no use. Such kind of false commitment is very disappointing. Very pathetic experience I am facing currently.

I purchased 4 items on dated 16th May 2024 from your store Mall of India, which was delivered to me friend house on dated 17th May 2024. On the same day, LED & AC was installed (20th May). Same day night (late evening), LED falls down from the wall which was installed. On the same time we called to Mr. Bhupinder (Sales Person) from whom we purchased the goods. He said that by saying don't worry about the incident, you shared the video & photo's for raising the complaint. On the daily basis, we are taking the strong follow ups, reply came to us that company person will visit the home & will do the needful. This has been a pathetic 2 year experience of me with Croma Washing Machine, fully autotmatic - 8kg that I purchased in 2022 and since then, there has been no day that I am not facing issue. The technician comes in once a blue moon after 100's of requests raised and then leaves without resolving issues, informing you people that the issue has been resolved. The call again made has no answer, just an email that your query has been resolved. Stupid you and your staff.

Purchase of fully automatic Washing Machine and service from Croma

I have a very bed experience for Extended warranty of CROMA,. Since I had purchased Croma fully automatic WM of 7.5 Kgs from Croma on 28/02/2022 with 02 year company warranty, also purchased 03 years Extended Warranty of the WM on 28/02/2022, thus total 05 years warranty i.e. till 27/02/2027. During the 2 year company guaranty of the WM from date of purchase I had got repaired it 3 times at least. Now as start period of EW, as I lodged complaint for repairing on 08/05/2024 with registration no AHD080524EW00883 in person at Ashram Road, Ahmedabad branch, till date i.e 17/05/24 no one turn for repairing though giving 24 hrs assurance. Thereafter I registered again complain under SR ID :C003030951 for the WM registered on 12/05/2024 against which I received message for repairing within 24 hrs assurance, but till no one turn for repairing. Thereafter again I had visited Croma, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad on 15/05/2024 consulted customer help desk to solve the problem, when he gave me assurance for repairing of WM within 24 hrs. Thereafter I registered again complaint on 16/05/2024 for the WM under SR ID :C003050325 with assurance for repairing the WM within 24 hrs. but no any messages for repairing of the WM. Therefor I compelled to lodge complaint continuously as 1) SR ID :AHD170524FS00610, 2) SR ID :AHD170524EW00288 and 3) SR ID :AHD170524EW00721 resulting a service man had attend on 17/04/2024 at 13;30 hrs Indian Time for the WM repairing with information that he have instruction for repairing under "out of warranty" however he has not charged as conversion with me about reality. My 3 years EW for the WM starts on 28/02/2024 to 27/02/2027. Thus I frusted by the very much poor service of CROMA as there is no proper complaint lodging system so, hd to frequently visit the help desk at show room of Croma . I had to make expenditure of Rupees 700/- for washing our daily cloths from out side, also expenditure incurred to Rs 400/- towards auto for visiting help desk of show rooms. thus I had to made total expenditure of Rs 1100/- on becoming WM out of order after taking 3 years EW of WM, on the contrary if i had not taken the EW, in such expenditure I would manage repairing of the WM from open market technician. Now I can't recommend for purchasing Croma WM to any one.

I had bought a AC on 28th April and its been 10 days and also the Chroma store service is equally bad - people dont give a response. They have this one answer which is Voltage guys are responding - if you are selling a brand you cant wash away saying they are not responding - its your business to take care and ensure that installation happens - customers should be given a choice paying 50% only after installation - here we pay the whole amount and are stuck with the pathetic service whether its chroma or voltas - either - am planning to take this up in Social media now DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHROMA OUR EXPerience is not just from AC for other products also which we went to buy but walked away from because of the poor attention of the staff across in city phase 1 store - pathetic wish i hd gone to reliance

Unprofessional behavior of Mr Satish posted at Croma, DB Mall Bhopal

I ordered a set of Bose Earbuds, I received a message from Croma that the product is out for delivery and OTP is ---. Then I received a call from delivery boy and he asked to send my location on whatsapp, no problem I sent that. it was a really very worst experience in Croma. I have bought LG 1 ton 5 star AC in Croma Avadi on 8 April 2024 in the name of my wife, the dealer Sushmita 93**** at the time of purchase she gave the assurance on the Same day of installation and the Stand would be given free. The information she gave is fake and till now the AC installation has not been done yet also they are charging 1k for the stand. And she is not at all responding the phone call. Now today your service person Mr. Rahul came to my home to replace the washing machine and blamed us for not using the washing machine properly same i conveyed to his senior Mr. Jitendra but he was supporting Rahul only. PLease find the video of the washing machine after your service technician replaced the pulsator, its noise is just like some flour mill machine is working. Here, I have been facing issue with this machine from the month of purchased and i feel that this machine having manufacturing issue because i have raised the issue more than 4 times during short time of 1 year only so i can't take so much of pain with this machine so kindly exchange the existing machine with new one. Request you please make some quality product, recruit some qualified person for service and teach them how to treat customers and upgrade your service then only your company will penetrate some market share in this competitive market.
