The Procedure to register an online complaint or fill out the complaint form on the portal of DGVCL:

1st Method: Lodge Complaint on the customer care helpline numbers of DGVCL:

2nd Method: Register online complaints on the DGVNL or GUVNL portal:

  • Log in to the portal if already have an account or register on the GUVNL portal
  • Connect your existing account of DGVNL by providing the bill with the no and date of the last bill
  • Now, select the online complaint link and click to fill out the complaint form
  • Provided the details of circle, division and address
  • Enter Name, address, and account number
  • Choose the category of complaint
  • Write a brief description of the issue
  • Upload any supportive document (Optional)
  • Click on the submit button
  • Note down the complaint reference number, track your complaint

  • Fill out the following details of the registration form:
    • Select Discom – DGVNL
    • Fill in your username, password, and other personal details and submit it
    • Now use your username and password to login the GUVNL account

Step 2:

Step seond Procedure to apply new connection of DGVCL

  • Click on the LT new connection (for domestic – 1KW to 44kW load) or for HT new connection (for Heavy industrial usage)
  • Fill out the following information in the application form:
    • Select the service request information: Consumer type, category, purpose
    • Provide location details – nearest consumer number or poll number
    • Enter the address where the electricity supply is required
    • Provide the connection information (Optional)
  • Now Click on Proceed button
  • Provide the required documents and upload them:
    • Address proof, identity proof
    • Land ownership proof
  • Upload the personal passport-size photo and signature
  • Read the declaration of terms and conditions
  • Accept the declaration by clicking on the tick box
  • Click on the submit button and take a printout of the application form
  • Note down the application reference number to track your application status

complaint for irregular supply of electricity

Hello I am from Waghai sub divisional Kalibel village. I called your office around 10am. I complaint for above matter which happened everyday but your call reciver didn't accept my complain and said that power supply will come after 1 hour, but it's been 2 hours after that. please accept my complaint otherwise I'll call Other way which not good for your office In this hit wave period.

I complaint about my power cut in dgvlc at 10 -30 am on 11 may 2024.. they did not come till 1-30 pm. Every time I call they said 10 min more .. they have to solve my problem in less time
