Step 1:

- Select Discom – DGVNL
- Fill in your username, password, and other personal details and submit it
- Now use your username and password to login the GUVNL account
Step 2:
- Click on the LT new connection (for domestic – 1KW to 44kW load) or for HT new connection (for Heavy industrial usage)
- Fill out the following information in the application form:
- Select the service request information: Consumer type, category, purpose
- Provide location details – nearest consumer number or poll number
- Enter the address where the electricity supply is required
- Provide the connection information (Optional)
- Now Click on Proceed button
- Provide the required documents and upload them:
- Address proof, identity proof
- Land ownership proof
- Upload the personal passport-size photo and signature
- Read the declaration of terms and conditions
- Accept the declaration by clicking on the tick box
- Click on the submit button and take a printout of the application form
