Register Online Complaint of Jio Services

If customers want to register online complaints to Jio, they can follow the given instructions and steps.

Procedure to lodge an online complaint to Jio:

How to Appeal in the Jio Nodal Appellate Authority?

If you have not got satisfying redressal or the issue has not been redressed yet by Jio Customer Care, you can appeal to Jio Appellate Authority officers with a complaint reference number (Unique complaint number) on Jiocare by visiting the below-given details.

 Please ensure before appealing to the Appellate Authority:

  • You must file the appeal within 30 days after the expiry of the complaint resolution time limit of Jio Care. 
  • Any reason why you cannot file the appeal within 30 days, attach details with the reason for reconsideration (up to 3 months)
  • Provide your complaint docket number (complaint reference number) while appealing to the Appellate Authority to get your entire case history
  • Your appeal will be decided within 39 days from the date of filing of your complaint.

Please keep POI / POA documents ready for KYC process. Your presence for activation process is mandatory. Team Jio-Unquote Please advise the above Order will be possible to switch over to a new Number if I decide not to port in (since the SIM is not activated) but use as an additional SIM as I already paid the POST PAID Charges to your agent. Don't Trust Reliance Jio Fiber

Dear All, Never Trust Reliance Jio Fiber executive or Pamphlet because everything they are lying about refund amount of connection and installation. Initially in Vijayawada they charged me Rs. 1500.- and said it's refundable amount when we cancel the connection. I have moved from Vijayawada to Bangalore they said they will refund the amount after receiving setup box through NEFT in 7 days, no receipt nothing from their side and after following up they are coming up with new version that setup box is faulty and have repair. On working condition, it was removed and handed over to them, if they miss use and get damaged also it's customer mistake they don't refund the amount. I never expected such worst service from JIO. Please go with Airtel they are not charging any initial amount or installation charges.

Horrible unsatisfied untreworthy support service by jio air fiber

I have raised a complaint regarding failure on 8th July but no one came to attend it till 10th July..Getting notification regarding schedule of visit with date and time but after some time again get new notification with another date and time such activity is going throughout the day..Some complaints are closed without any communication & visit. They have to shut down their services for cheating and providing bad services by well known branded organization of world..Ground services are very very bad.. so other people's will save their money . If negative rating is there for service i wil give negative rating...Stop cheating of customers who have faith so they have invested but seems it's a totally fraud.

Worst service by jio air fiber with very very slow speed

I have been facing problem with my Jio Air Fiber connection by getting very slow speed of internet as of 1 or 2 mbps since installation date 24 Feb 2024. My Jio fixed voice number is 01135902894 and my registered mobile number on my name Ashish Kumar Mishra. Many times I've complained regarding this very slow speed but till the date I am facing same problem. Jio technicians Mr. Naveen and Mr. Kamal have visited many times to resolve this issue but they are completely incapable to resolve this issue. When technician visit scheduled by Jio customer care on my complaint then Mr. Naveen says that Kamal will go to visit my place and Kamal says that Mr. Naveen will go for the same. I am really very very disappointed by Jio Air Fiber service because since last 5 months I am wasting my money for your service but Jio Air Fiber is the worst. Reference to my Service Request Number SR00001ZJV6M. Kindly either resolve the issue at the earliest or refund my money for which Jio Air Fiber has been failed to give the service to me.

Paloalto Globoal Protect VPN blocked on JiO 5G network.

Mobile's JIO 5G network used as hotspot on my personal laptop works perfectly fine. But when Mobile's JIO 5G network used as hotspot on my office laptop that connects to corporate network through Paloalto Globoal Protect VPN it does not work. Probably its blocked on JIO 5G mobile network. I called multiple times to JIO Customercare but they are not capable to understand the problem This is the common problem faced by everyone in office. I INSTALLED JIO FIBER FOR MY OFFICE AND ITWAS NOT WORKING, I MADE SOMANY CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARETO RESOLVE. THEY TALK TO YOU FOR 2 MINUTES AND DISCONNECT THE CALL. IF YOU CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN MOSTLY THEY DONT LIFT EVENTHOUGH THEY LIFT THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANNOT HERE YOU. FINALLY AFTER 15 MINUTES OF WASTING YOUR TIME LISTENING THEM WE CANNOT HERE YOU, YOU DISCONNECT THE CALL. EVEN IF TECHNICIANS COME FOR REPAIR THEY DONT KNOW THE ISSUE AND SAY WILL COMEBACK IN 5 MINUTES AND NEVER TURN BACK. AND SEND A MESSAGE ISSUE IS RESOLVED SUCCESSFULLY. Wrong Recharge when clicked on the link

I have recharged today for 667 which was showing as 90 days plan for internet. When I click on that 667 plan it didn't show if that is for internet and calling and when I recharged it showing only for internet. I can't spend money seperately for internet and for calling. I have called customer service to change my plan for both calling and internet but 2 times I have been promised for a call back from supervisor but nobody called me. Very pathetic service experience with JIO. I don't recommend anyone to go for JIO service.

Jio Air Fibre is the worst. Had issues twice. The technicians close the tickets without resolution. Customer care won't reply properly. They say they don't have technician number, they don't have option to reopen the ticket. Loss of pay due to being unable to Work from Home.

I had recharged my prepaid Number of RS 249.00 on 18.07.2024 at 20.45. And deducted my payment from credit card and now my number is showing not recharge yet. Please check and revert

At 1.30 pm today I received and email with a Jio message that against our 1.5gb daily data 90% has been used. I had only visited Facebook got 15 minutes and only 1 mb was used. The employeed had fone this previously at least 25 to 30 times in the last 1 and half months. I am i inquisitive to know why Jio admin panel entrusts them with such controls. I wont bother taking this further for a poor village migrant although I would like to know how he is able to do this.

As a loyal Jio customer, I have been experiencing frequent dropped calls, poor voice quality, and very slow data speeds for the past several months. The issues are especially bad indoors at my home and office. I often have to stand near windows or go outside to make a call without it cutting out. And when I am able to connect, the voice quality is often garbled and hard to understand. My data speeds are also extremely slow, often under 1 Mbps even when I have full bars of 4G signal. This makes it very difficult to use data-intensive apps and services. Streaming videos, making video calls, and even loading simple web pages takes forever. I have tried resetting my phone, updating the software, and moving to different locations, but the problems persist. I am very frustrated that I am not getting the high-quality network that Jio promises and that I am paying for. If the issues exist am planning to port it to airtel.

Pathetic service of jio fiber

The worst service from a branded family. Have to keep calling customer care if any service interruption. Mostly the technician assigned for service doesn't show up. The connectivity issue is never restored within 24 hours of interruption. Those who depend on this wifi service for WFH purposes would be certainly disappointed owe to improper service resolution. Sometimes, though English is chosen as communication language, a Hindi speaker would attend the call from customer care. Expect customer care, there is no authority contact details to raise a complaint about service person. Overall a disatisfying and terrible service especially during a disruption of wifi service.

Poor quality

All are 3 reviews very bad. I have been a Jio user for a long time ago but at this time Jio voice quality and network signal and internet problems are very bad. I have contacted customer care but have not connected to this portal. I tried again and again a complaint not connected to customer care. I want to complain to Jio that the network is very poor in my area.
