How to File a Complaint of JioMart?
According to JioMart’s customer service policy, the complaint resolution mechanism is divided into 3 levels. If your submitted complaint is unresolved at level 1, escalate it to the next level.

Please Note: If you are not satisfied with the final resolution provided by JioMart, you have the option to lodge a consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NACH) for arbitration and the Consumer Commission (NCDRC) for compensation.
Alternatively, customers may initiate an arbitration process with the company to resolve the dispute internally by using the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism provided by JioMart.
Level 1: Customer Service, JioMart
At this level, if you face any problems with JioMart, such as issues with online grocery/product orders, delivery delays, subscriptions for fresh fruits, vegetables, or milk, or payment-related concerns, you can reach out to the customer service team through the toll-free number, email, or WhatsApp.
Moreover, you may submit your complaint online for faster redressal. When talking to their customer service representatives, make sure to provide:
- Order ID
- Nature of your complaint
- Describe the problem along with your order ID.

Not resolved or dissatisfied with the final response of customer service? You can escalate the complaint to the Customer Service Head (CS Head) at JioMart.
Please note: You can complain to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) about the quality of foods sold by JioMart and its partnered retailers.
File an Online Complaint
For quicker problem-solving, you can register your complaint online with JioMart. You can do this through their online complaint form, email, or by chatting with customer service on the JioMart app.
In the complaint form, make sure to include the necessary information:
- Name and Email/Mobile No.
- Order ID and Shipment ID
- Subject of complaint
- Description of related matters (for example – stale/expired products, delay in delivery, etc.)

If you are not happy with the solution provided, take your complaint to the Customer Service Head at JioMart for further resolution.
Level 2: Customer Service Head, JioMart
If, by any chance, your submitted complaints are not resolved to your satisfaction at level 1, you can directly escalate the case to a higher authority called the Customer Service Head of JioMart.
Must provide these details within the email:
- Ticket Number of the previous complaint
- Order ID & Shipment ID
- Communication details
- Relief expected from JioMart
Send an email to the CS Head at cshead@jiomart.com with details of previously lodged complaints and the resolution you expect from JioMart.
Still, not satisfied with the final response? Escalate the disputed matter at level 3.
Level 3: Grievance Officer, JioMart
If your complaint at level 2 isn’t resolved by JioMart, escalate it to the Grievance Officer. Email the officer with the following details:
- Your complaint ticket number,
- Order ID,
- Reason for dissatisfaction
- Expected resolution with attached relevant supporting details/proof.
