As per the IT Act 2000 and E-Commerce Rules 2020, Magicbricks Realty Services Limited has appointed a Nodal/Grievance Officer to address disputes on its real estate platform. In case initial complaints are unresolved at level 1, escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer at Magicbricks.

If your grievances reported to Magicbricks or the head office of Magicbricks Realty Services Limited are not satisfactorily resolved, consider the following steps:
- Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA): File a complaint against Magicbricks or associated parties with the RERA of the respective state or union territory for real estate property disputes.
- Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, NCDRC (E-DAAKHIL): If dissatisfied with NCH resolution, file a formal online complaint against MagicBricks with the National/State/District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) through E-DAAKHIL for compensation.
- National Housing Bank (NHB): Register a complaint about housing loans and financial services to the National Housing Bank (NHB) against Magicbricks or the concerned loan provider.
- Banking Ombudsman, RBI: File a complaint about financial services, banking disputes, and other loans or against NBFC companies that come under the Reserve Bank of India.
