Installation issue

I have taken online voltas ac from flipcard, have done installation from voltas side but the installation has not been done, my problems have not been solved by customer care. My complaint should be registered to the person who has done my ac installation, technician.

The gas in my Voltas Split AC was filled on 22nd Apr24 and again on 16th Jun24 the gas leaked. The new complaint with SR 24061637441 was again registered on 16th Jun24 and till date the compliant is till open as the technician denied refilling the gas against the current complaint. I want to know from Voltas that how can you take your customer so lightly. You may be big in industry but customer also know how to make you feel bad like I am feeling today. thanks.

I have a 1.5 ton Voltas Split Ac (out of warranty) installed in West Delhi (Punjabi Bagh, Delhi 110026). I had made a complaint on 18.06.2024 and till 21.06.2024 no one had visited. Since 18.06.2024 I have been calling the service centre, who either do not accept the call or dilly dally. It is common knowledge the purpose of AC is in summers, and it is during summers that one would need the service Centre. Why shouldn't you have an adequate service centre or ensure that service centre has enough technicians to deal with the complaints they receive. What is the point of buying Voltas AC if one has to wait for days altogether in peak summer season and the technician has not even visited from 18.6.2024 to 21.6.2024, and it is not even known whether the Technician will be able to rectify the defect or not.

False delivery information, poor customer grievance handling

Dear sir/madam, With reference to the trailing mail i would like to draw your attention on below mentioned points: 1. I have ordered AC on 10.06.2024, during the course of order I have been informed that the delivery will be done maximum at 9.00 pm on 11.06.2024. 2. On 11.06.2024, at 10.43 pm I was informed that delivery has been rescheduled to 15.06.2024, the same day I have written to you regarding my grievance for false delivery promise. 3. On 12.06.2024, I have received a phone call from no 020 69107201 wherein I was intimated regarding the delivery which will be done on 12.06.2024 itself or by 13.06.2024. 4. On calling the customer care on 13.06.2024 to enquire about by delivery status I was informed that delivery has been put on hold. And the phone was disconnected without my consent. 5. When I again called to enquire the issue and after receiving non satisfactory response i requested the concerned customer care executive to transfer the call to senior concerned she informed no senior is available and has requested to wait till 11.00 am so that necessary call arrangements can be done to resolve the issue. 6. After waiting till 11.00 am when no call received I again called customer care executive wherein I have asked to transfer my call to senior, my phone was transferred to Mr. Nihal, who without listening to my concern in true spirit have disconnected the call sighting reason for delay as "Far Country". 7. When called again to enquire about call disconnection from Mr. Nihal I was informed that I was not ready to listen. And customer care executive has informed that now no senior is available to talk. 8. Please inform how long am i supposed to wait for my order to get delivered. 9. Why false promises are repeatedly made to me? 10. I have made payment from my credit card on 10.06.2024, who will be bearing the interest for the period of delivery delay? 11. Every time I am calling customer care executive they reply by just saying we have highlighted your concern and no proper response is given. The worst services and coordination by the voltas group As on 15 july 2024, i register my service complaint to the customer care and customer care gives me 24-72 hours for the technician visit. But no engineer was visited. I may call around 50 miss call from different mobile to the agra service centre but no coordination or the behaviour of the agra service centre is very rude and arrogant. I may call around 20 times to customer care but no one take strict action towards them . My product still today 22 july 2024, not be correct So i kindly request voltas group to take strict action towards their emplyees and agra service centre, they will create more ashaim for the tata group ....

I have been chasing since last 3 weeks with Voltas customer care and they are just fooling me by sending unprofessional and non-qualified agents who are asking for extra money. This is simply unacceptable from a company like Tata.

As per Voltas company standards, it will take 48 hrs by the company to install an Air conditioner after delivery and booking request at customer care. I received the AC on 01.05.24 and same day updated the Customer care for the installation (Request No- 24050142031) and on 02.05.24, the CC has provided me with the Engineer number (Jyotirmoy- XXXXXXX848) and the ASC number (S R International, Mob: XXXXXXX6163, XXXXXXX051) but today, I will complete 5 days (120 hours) but neither the engineer nor the ASC company is receiving my calls or calling back. Such a pathetic after-sales service from such a brand is not expected. A technician/ the service company should at least receive calls and talk if a customer is calling since 3 days. don't the people have records. This is totally against the basic working ethics and professionalism. I request the company to please take strict actions the people and as a customer provide me the update or tracker as in what actions the company has taken to resolve my issue. I have a 1 yr old daughter because of which I purchased this AC, as the weather is extremely hot and my daughter is unable to sleep. But if I could have known that this is the status of the after sales service where the technician will pick calls as he wishes then 1000% I would have never decided to purchase the Tata Air conditioner and should have gone for other brands such as Samsung, Whirlpool, Godrej etc at least they abide by their commitments. Since 3 days, I have been talking to the customer care (Mob: XXXXXXX484) but they are also playing with the sentiments of the customer and humiliating me, and promising me that today the installation will be done but again no calls nothing. They put me on hold telling that they will escalate and transfer the call to the senior but keeping me hold for 10-15 mins they disconnect my calls. Is there anyone to response to my grievance and solve my problem???? Hi, this is Vineet from Jaipur Rajasthan. I bought Voltas AC in May 2023 Ever since I bought Voltas AC, sometimes I am facing cooling problems and sometimes water is dripping from the AC. I already have 2 more ACs in my house, one of which is Lloyd & Daikin. It has been more than 3 years now and he has not had such problems till date. But ever since I bought Voltas AC, I have called Voltas technician more than 10 times, still no solution. I have bought the dirtiest product ever because there was no solution from your team.
