Whirlpool follows a three-level escalation process to ensure that the complaints of the customers are addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
Level 1: File a Complaint to Customer Care, Whirlpool
Whirlpool values the feedback and complaints and tries to resolve them as soon as possible. You can register the complaints or submit feedback through available communication methods for the redressal of grievances. These channels are:

- Service Request: You can “request a service visit” for the appliance and track the status of the request and submitted complaints.
In your complaint, must include product details, invoice number, order ID (for online order from Whirlpool), and complaint description.
Not satisfied with the resolution? Escalate your unresolved complaint to the next level.
Level 2: Service Head, Whirlpool India
If your submitted complaints are not resolved at level 1 within 48 hours or dissatisfied with the response, you can write a complaint letter to the service head of Whirlpool by sending an email to servicehead_india@whirlpool.com and expect a resolution within 24 hours.

In your complaint letter, include:
- Reference/ticket ID of the previous complaint
- Order ID/Invoice
- Nature of complaint
- Reason for dissatisfaction
- Description of the issue with supporting documents
If the customer is still not satisfied with the resolution, they can escalate their complaint or feedback to the final level.
Level 3: CEO, Whirlpool of India Ltd
If your escalated complaints at level 2 are still not resolved, escalate it further by filing a complaint or writing to the CEO of Whirlpool at writetoceo@whirlpool.com with reference/ticket ID of previously submitted complaints at level 1 and level 2.
For any privacy disputes, send a notice to legal@whirlpoolindia.com.
This is the highest level of escalation and the decision of the CEO will be final and binding. Further, you can approach respective regulatory or consumer authority.
Level 4: Consumer Protection Authority
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Whirlpool at any level of escalation, approach the higher regulatory or appellate authorities. You can file an online formal complaint to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (CDRC) at the district/state/national consumer court through the E-DAAKHIL platform. For any informal consumer complaint., you should complain to the National Consumer Helpline of the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Some other regulatory authorities for the relevant disputes are:
- Competition Commission of India (CCI): For non-compliance with competition laws and regulations or business disputes involving Whirlpool India.
- Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS): Submit concerns related to product quality standards and certifications to verify adherence by Whirlpool India.
For non-compliance with regulations about electronic devices and related products by Whirlpool India, including matters related to device regulations, safety, electromagnetic interference, and technical standards, file a complaint to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Still, not satisfied? You can seek legal advice or assistance from a lawyer or consumer rights for further legal action. However, Whirlpool to exhaust all the internal channels of complaint registration and escalation before approaching any external authority.
