Level 1: Customer Care, EaseMyTrip

As per the customer service policy of EaseMyTrip, the first step to register a complaint with EaseMyTrip is to contact the customer service team via helpline number, email, or online complaint form (or use mobile app). You can do this by:

Level 2: Escalate to Service Head, EaseMyTrip

Customer Service Head (CS) is the Nodal Officer in EaseMyTrip, a senior executive, responsible for handling customer grievances and ensuring customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the EaseMyTrip customer service, escalate your complaint to the nodal officer of EaseMyTrip.

You can escalate your complaint to the CS Head by email or write a letter to:

When you escalate your complaint to the Service Head, make sure you mention the following information:

  • Complaint reference number
  • Booking ID
  • A detailed description of your issue or complaint
  • The reason for your dissatisfaction
  • Any supporting documents or screenshots, if applicable

The nodal officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours or a specified timeframe and try to resolve it within the given resolution period.

Level 3: National Consumer Forum

The final stage of escalation of the disputed matter is approaching the consumer forum or consumer court. This legal route is available if you believe that your rights as a consumer have been violated or if you have experienced any monetary loss or damage due to EaseMyTrip.

Please note: You can also lodge an informal consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) of the Department of Consumer Affairs and Food.

Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission:

Want to file a formal complaint? You can do so at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) in your district or state, depending on the monetary value of your claim. A nominal fee is required, and you must file your consumer complaint online through E-DAAKHIL, along with all relevant documents and evidence.

The consumer forum or the consumer court will hear your case and pass judgment based on the facts and merits of your complaint. The judgment may include an order to EaseMyTrip (Ease Trip Planners Ltd) to rectify the issue, provide a refund, or pay compensation for any loss or damage caused to you.

my flight booking thru EaseMyTrip not confirmed

Hi I booked through EasyMyTrip.AE with my confirmation no: EMTAE2897525 and my regd email id is Yamunas67@gmail.com. I get a mail 1 hour after I book from some Sweta from EasyMyTrip stating that my booking is not yet confirmed and may be cancelled automatically owing to a fare difference. I tried contacting your UAE cust support number +971 43035888 and have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes without anyone coming online to handle my query for confirmation. The fare difference quoted by your cust service office through email is more than 100% of the initial booking amount that I paid through my credit card !!! I tried contacting EaseMyTrip through the whatsapp message that I received from them (on my number +91 7022538787. I tried contacting through whatsapp on the same message that I received. but i could not get through to anyone. It kept repeating the message that my email id is unrecognizable. Am appalled at the customer service provided by your organization. Probably there is a need to change the corporate name of the entity.......it is far from 'Easemy Trip'.......it is actually creating lots of hardship in my trip.
