Step 1 – Click on “Online Electricity Complaint to UPPCL” and follow the procedure to register your complaint to PVVNL.
Step 2 – If your complaint is not resolved or unsatisfied with the decision of the PVVNL, you can lodge a grievance to Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, UPPCL (PVVNL Forum).
Step 3 – If further your grievance is not resolved or unsatisfied with the final decision of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), you can approach the Electricity Ombudsman Office, UPERC and know the procedure to file an appeal or petition.
