If your submitted complaint to the Heads of Departments (HODs) including Senior/ General Managers within the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you can escalate the grievance to the Nodal Officer of the Grievance Redressal Cell at GNIDA.
