Following Godrej Smartcare’s customer service policy, the complaint resolution process has two levels. Replacement of damaged product

I purchased a 330L frost free refrigerator from Khosla Elecrtonics, Kolkata. Upon delivery it was found damaged and demo personnel also raised a report for replacement on 15th June. Since then no replacement received neither any support from dealer, Khosla Electronics.

Very bad and poor quality.. And no listing after calling for services and service centre just cancel the complaint after one week and no one listens in customer care.. Very very poor experience and very poor product.. Never buy any Goderag items in future..

PURCHASED AIRCONDITIONED

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF GODREJ . VERY POOR SERVICE. Purchased your company's Aircondition. For last four days waiting for installation which is not done till date. No body is responding my call . Not the shopkeeper from where I purchased nor your company. Is this the service you are going to give for next five years . Warranty and Guarantee. Complaint Godrej AC

I have a Godrej air conditioner which was purchased on 28.05.2021. Due to the malfunction of the air conditioner, I had lodged a complaint on toll free number. On the toll free number I was told that the complaint number will come on mobile by message and technician will visit within 48 hours. When no one visited even after 48 hours, I called again on the toll free number and they told that no complaint of yours has been registered. They registered my complaint again on 5th June which complaint number is 67626. After 2 days, I got a call from Meerut service center of Godrej AC and informed that they are sending a technician. The also informed that you will have to pay the technician's visit charges Rs 650. I said, ok, send it, I will give it when my AC will be repaired . On 7th June technician visited and said that the outdoor PCB of AC was defective. He also called the service center in Meerut and informed them. The service center of Meerut said to me to give Rs. 650 to the technician, and informed me that further you will not have to pay any service charges only PCB charges will payable. I gave Rs. 650 to the technician. Next day I called the service center of Godrej AC in Meerut and they said that the PCB order has been placed with Godrej company and the PCB will available in 2 or 3 days. Even after 3 days, after not getting any response, I called the service center in Meerut again. They gave me the mobile numbers of their two seniors. When I called on those numbers, they told that the PCB has been ordered from the company and the PCBs are not yet handed over and will be available within 2 days. I am following up daily from Meerut service center but they are saying that PCB is not being provided by the company. It has been passed 13 days now, my air conditioner is only 3 years old and it is very hot weather . A reputed company like Godrej is not able to provide an air conditioner part. What is the use of such air conditioner from a company which is not able to provide service? You are requested to immediately provide PCB to the service centers of Meerut. By which the air conditioner can be repaired. It is very poor service of your company.

Extremely poor service . Untrained person named Haider Mirza has been sent to repair A.C. Took service charge and moreover , changed the parts of A.C without consent from the owner . Now, the condition is irreparable and that man is forcing us to pay the money for the parts that haven’t been changed by the consent. Further , calls are being placed to harass the customer .

Godrej AC - No replacement No refund

I have purchased Godrej split AC 2 ton on 7th May 2024 for Noida by Amazon , i got defected AC a technician process for replacement, still after 1 month nether i got replacement nor refund for the same. I tried to contact the Noida Godrej team but after one call they don't pick the call , no any response getting from Godreaj Appliances. Even after buying AC, I am not able to use AC and am spending time in this hot summer. Please help Vikas Shukla

Problem with refregerator

My double door refrigerator was having trouble and i got the compressor replaced in Feb 2024. But since then the fridge is not cooling and all the food items deteriorate within a day. your authorized service agent at Faridabad Perfect Spare and Services had attended the complaint 3-4 times since then.
