You should provide your name, contact details, product details, batch number, date of purchase, and a brief description of your complaint. Also, attach any relevant documents or photos as proof of your complaint.
The customer care team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours or a specified timeframe and try to resolve it within 7 working days. If you are not happy with the resolution offered by the customer care team, you can escalate your complaint to the next level.
Note: For unresolved complaints regarding the quality of food products, supplements, or other food items, you can file a complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Level 2: Customer Service Head, Tata Consumer Products Ltd.
The next level of escalation is to contact the Customer Service (CS) Head of Tata Consumer Products. The CS Head is a senior nodal officer who is responsible for handling customer grievances and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You can contact the nodal officer by:

- Sending a grievance letter to the same address as above, with the subject line “Attention: Customer Service Head”
You should mention your complaint reference number, product details, and the reason for your dissatisfaction along with any relevant documents or photos as proof of your complaint.
The nodal officer will try to resolve it within 15 working days or as specified by the company. If you are not happy with the resolution offered by the nodal officer, you can escalate your complaint to the next level.
Level 3: File a Complaint to Consumer Forum
The final level of escalation is to contact the consumer forum or the consumer court. This is a legal option that you can pursue if you feel that your rights as a consumer have been violated or you have suffered any loss or damage due to Tata Consumer Products.
Please note: You can also lodge an informal consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) of the Department of Consumer Affairs and Food.
You can file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) in your district or state, depending on the value of your claim. You will need to pay a nominal fee and submit a consumer complaint online through E-DAAKHIL along with the supporting documents and evidence.
The consumer forum or the consumer court will hear your case and pass judgment based on the facts and merits of your complaint. The judgment may include an order to Tata Consumer Products to replace, repair, or refund your product, or to pay compensation for any loss or damage caused to you.
