Harrasment Caused to Customer

I had left my TATA Safari - MH -12-TN-6600 at Garve Motors, Thatavde, Pune, for servicing. During servicing, my car was damaged from left side of bumper and body by the service center. They accepted damage and agreed to make it good. I left my car on 25.09.2024 for the repairs of damage. I was told that car will be given on 27.09.2024. I was not given the car. Further, the service advisor Mr. Swaroop Singh informs my driver on 29.09.2024 that car is ready, and he should come to collect it. 29.09.2024 is Sunday and driver was on leave. However, he agreed to collect the car on Sunday. I had to pay Rs.350/- for travel to my driver to pick the car and Double Allowance for working on holiday. When my driver reached the service station to collect the car, we are told that damage to bumper cannot be done today as painter and polishing guy is on leave and they don't want to replace the bumper. Mr. Reddy, who is Service Manager, asked my driver to take the car without the bumper work done and come back either tomorrow or next service and it will be done. I requested for giving such assurance in writing or send an email. Mr. Reddy initially agreed but later told my driver to leave the car as work of bumper polishing will be done on Monday 30.09.2024. I told the concerned person that I have only one car and have to travel for work and causing great harassment due to delay and incurring costs. On 30.09.2024, I spoke to Mr. Swaroop Singh who is the service advisor and i am promised that car will be delivered by 12 noon so I can travel by 1pm. However, the car work is still not done and not delivered and no proper inputs received. It's such a shame that a small work takes 7 days and yet incomplete. Further, the service manager and service advisor give us incorrect information and we have to incur cost of commuting to service center and return empty handed. Also, lot of discomfort and harassment is caused due to delay. I have to incur cost on taxi to travel outstation due to delay by service center. The damage is caused by the service center. I have incurred huge expenditure for travelling by taxi due to delay. Even today I have to travel by Taxi and incur expenses due to bad service and delay by service center. I am writing this grievance as now it's really pathetic service and customer care by Garve Motors, Tathawade Service Center, Pune and more particularly the service manager and service advisor named hereinabove. I have suffered huge expenses due to their delay and harassment and have to be compensated for the same HOPE THE OWNERS OF THE AGENCY TAKE ACTION AND LOOK INTO THE MANNER HOW CUSTOMERS ARE HARASSED AT THEIR SERVICE CENTER.

Issue Details: Model :- TATA Punch accomplish Dazzle Z1.2 CNG S BS6 Fuel :- CNG + Petrol Vehicle number :- MH-14-LP-8665. Mfg – 2024. Chassis number -MAT867007RPF96558. Distributer Name :- MP Automotor,Bhosari ,Pune We are not happy to share our experience with mfg /Dealer /Service provided TATA ,India. • Date of Incident: 26th July 2024. • Description of Issue: Car was offered for PDI ( Pre delivery Inspection ) on the same day when delivery was communicated . We could not get the sufficient time to go complete inspection and being new user not proper guided for inspection said dealer . Battery supporting stud found rusty and plate inserted in muffler inlet without finishing and paint. Though it is not affecting on performance, but it is affecting quality of supply is done from TATA group ( India). Later on concern inform to MP but we are not getting satisfactory answer. He just • Date of Incident: 19th Aug 2024. Description of Issue: Car was handed over to Service center person for 1st servicing & also replacement of left side fender panel . Please note from the date of handing over vehicle to service center not getting any update .Self-visited to take update then we get know they are facing issue in online filing but there is not communication to us. So i gathered all information and filled online insurance on ICICI web site , Generated request shared to service center to process claim on 26th Aug 24. Observe there is huge internal communication gap at service center with customer as well . Delay in response to customer. Does it required 10-15 days for replacement and servicing of vehicle However we just want to inform other mfg are carrying out issue with 3-5 days like Maruti /Honda/ Hundai . ABOUT MISHANDLING OF MY NEW ALTROZ CAR

Dear sir, I purchased a new car by your auth.dealer SWAN MOTORS sonipat haryana on 7-7-2024. i sent my NEW car for first service in swan motors on 24-7-2024 under the supervison of advisor PANKAJ (8864820334) with four complaints. 1. seat belt warning back seat 2. cabin light problem 3. head lamp adjustment 4. wiper complaint None of these complaint resolved till date. In 1st service they changed coolant pipe but negligently didn"t fix well.Due to this my car got overheated and off on highway.i towed my car in late and get harressed.This is due to negligence in service. please take a notice on my query and get my car fully repaired.

Faulty attachments

I bought a Tata punch pure, petrol car on 09th June 2024 from Puneet automobiles, Lucknow. At the time of purchase your sales advisor offered me a android music system worth of Rs. 21000. Already there was a normal music system attached from company. When i ask him to give a cash discount and I will get it from outside then he said that any electrical outside attachments will discontinue your insurance cover. Then they provide a android music system which is not compatible with the speakers and this I came to know later on. When i make a complaint to the service guy on first service, he denied for any assistance on this and as per him I need to talk to the sales executive who attended me at the time of purchase and still no solution provided from the dealer. This issue they need to address at the time of selling the vehicle that electrical attachments from outside or from the dealer will not be attended by them. Tata group is always meant for good service and product delivery, but these petty things will dent the image of group. Tata motors passenger vehicle services is pathetic in Lucknow, U.P. Request you to please look into the matter.

I took my Nexon 2024 car no WB08Q4339 for service at your above dealership in Kolkata on 14th June 2024, with some problems about front parking camera. It was beeping showing some obstacle everytime I started the car. After long wait (5 hours) my car was ultimately inspected by a mechanic and I was informed that front camera might have got damaged and needs replacement but the spare was not available at the service centre and hence I was told to take back the car and to encquire with th em ater 5 days. I enquired on 18th June'24 and I was confirmed that the spare was available. I again took my car at the service center of Ms Dhulichand Motors on 20th June'24 at 9.00 am and waited there for the entire day, at around 4.00 pm after completing the repairs and test drive by the mechanic, I was told that all the other issues are resolved but the replaced new camera is not sensing any obstacles. To resolve the issues they have contact Tata Motors office and their service engineer will come and attend the issue and the whole process will take 3 to 5 days time and I have to leave my car at the service center for that period. I did not agrre and brought my car the same day. After driving for 3 - 4 days I observed that they have spoiled the entire infotainment software and also I am unable to connect it to internet using my Android phone. Considering their expertise I am having no confidence to hand over my car to them. Kindly let me know how the problems can be resolved by a competent team @Kolkata.

Grievance regarding problem in my Tiago XZ 2017 model

I am an owner of a 2017 model Tata Tiago XZ. My vehicle is used sparingly and has clocked only around 41,200 kms in the last seven years. I have been the only driver of the car all this while and have been investing too much money in every minor work indicated in the vehicle in the mid-year and annual services. Despite all that, I am continuously facing a major challenge of malfunctioning in my car. After running for 100 odd kms, the car starts taking jerks and loses regular acceleration. The issue is specifically more prominent in hot conditions, but is not exclusively limited there. It has been happening for more than a year now. It happened earlier as well, but it was not so bad. I have gotten my car checked in the company service center at least twice for this same issue, but it has not yet been resolved. They have been wrongly promising to have fixed it, but the truth is that they themselves are not sure what the actual problem is. On spending time in online research about the issue, it seems that many owners have been facing similar challenges in the car models of that time (old model Tiago of around 2017 make). Many suggest that the issue is in the fuel pump of the car. Please understand, I have been put in accidental risks because of this malfunctioning on the highways more than once, and it has kind of rendered my car misfit to be taken out on longer journeys, the only reason for which I bought it. I request you to kindly provide me with a solution for this malfunctioning so that I can use my car safely.

I have sent my car for repair after accident on 12.07.2024 at Tata Motors Patiala. But, 10 days have been passed and till date they are not able to provide me estimate. When ever I call to the Body Shop department of the Tata Motors (Sahib Motors) Patiala they just asked me to call me tomorrow as their is no status for car estimate. I just want to know that how many days required just to make the estimate of the car? At the time of selling of the car they call 100 times in a day but when the car is sold out they least bothered about the customers. Very bad dealing at Sahib Motors Patiala and Sangrur..........Made the biggest mistake of my life to buy Tata Car.

I HAVE PURCHASED TATA TIAGO NRG VEHICLE FROM PONDICHERRY M/s Schakralaya Motors Pvt Ltd. AND RECEIVED NUMBER PLATE FOR MY CAR (PY05R4765). I HAVE TAKEN IT TO VILLUPURAM M/s Schakralaya Motors Pvt Ltd SHOW ROOM FOR FIXING IT ON 11/04/2024. THEY HAVE FIXED THE SAME. WE WENT TO NELLAI ON THE SAME DAY AND WHILE DRIVING THE CAR THE NUMBER FELL ON THE ROAD SOMEWHERE IN HIGHWAYS.AFTER RETURNING FROM HOMETOWN WE HAVE VISITED TO VILLUPURAM M/s Schakralaya Motors Pvt Ltd SHOW ROOM ON 29/04/2024. CASUAL ATTITUDE OF STAFF AND SENIORS AT SERVICE STATION AT HARIDWAR ROAD NEAR EICHER MOTOR KUANWALA DEHRADUN

Dear Sir/Madam ,I (Rajendra Ghai ) am 73 year senior citizen owner of tata Nexon car since 2024 Car registration no. UK07FC1523..Every time my car is serviced by your service center referred above I have a complaint and it is not resolved and due to certain engagement I land up not complaining .But today I am forced to do so. The horn of My Nexon car is giving me trouble for the last six days, that is, the horn does not work in the morning till at about 7AM and at about 8AM it starts working mildly and after 9AM it works perfectly. I complaint on the 28th May 2025 to the said service center that my horn does not work and if they could sent a mechanic to see the horn, they told me to bring the car to the workshop, in response I said it is risky to drive the car till your workshop without horn .A senior incharge informed they will send the mechanic next day. The next day (29/04/24 ) the incharge informed me that mechanic cannot be send and you have to bring the car to the workshop. I asked him if I can speak to the person who said no. I spoke to one Mr. Bhist and I explained to him that I cant bring the car to the workshop as I am if the horn does not work I will land up in an accident so he agreed to send a machanic. The machine came on 30 April 24 and checked the horn and said something was loose and he had tightened it .On 1st morning at 0530AM when started the car and was going out I tried the horn it was not working and it started working when I checked it at 8 AM. I again complain to the service center, they said You have to bring the car to the workshop I said ok please arrange for pickup as I don't want to take a risk, I was informed the pickup would be a paid one as it is for repair I agreed and I was informed that pickup is booked for 2nd May 24 at 1030AM.But today till now the pickup driver has not come till 1130 AM and it is real harassment to the customer. Tata is a renowned company and the staff at its service station could not be so irresponsible to let the customer feel so helpless. Grateful if the supervisor of the said service center is directed to take immediate action to resolve my problem. Thanks and regards.

Complaint regarding not receiving RC of my car

I purchased a Tata Punch Adventure AMT model on 17th Jan 2024 whereas I made full payment on 11th Jan to TMB Motors Lucknow. It's been more than 3 months and till now I haven't received any type of information on RC and whenever I call them I just get lame excuses. Even I had a discussion with their GM Tanveer and most of the time his phone number was switched off. Hi sir, I have booked red colour Tiago on TN72CD8557 and at the time of booking they told that we will delivered the car with 2 weeks but after 2 weeks they call and told red colour was not available and we need to wait for another weeks. At the same time I enquired in Madurai showroom, and it was available at the time. But in Derik Tata they refused to refund the amount...So we waited for another 2 weeks, and it got delivered. And at the time of delivery, they asked my original Aadhar for RTO purpose but still it was not returned to me..please advise Executive Ganesha Moorthy had attended us on that day and his attitude was very bad and from the first day his words are very hard and not good to the customers...So, whether Tata executive was like this very herd to the customers... Totally very disappointed with Derik Tata customer service... still now I'm not received feedback call from TATA. I think this person change my number in Ur records. Thanks, Manikandan

I had left my TATA Safari - MH -12-TN-6600 at Garve Motors, Thatavde, Pune, for servicing. During servicing, my car was damaged from left side of bumper and body by the service center. They accepted damage and agreed to make it good. I left my car on 25.09.2024 for the repairs of damage. I was told that car will be given on 27.09.2024. I was not given the car. Further, the service advisor Mr. Swaroop Singh informs my driver on 29.09.2024 that car is ready, and he should come to collect it. 29.09.2024 is Sunday and driver was on leave. However, he agreed to collect the car on Sunday. I had to pay Rs.350/- for travel to my driver to pick the car and Double Allowance for working on holiday. When my driver reached the service station to collect the car, we are told that damage to bumper cannot be done today as painter and polishing guy is on leave and they don't want to replace the bumper. Mr. Reddy, who is Service Manager, asked my driver to take the car without the bumper work done and come back either tomorrow or next service and it will be done. I requested for giving such assurance in writing or send an email. Mr. Reddy initially agreed but later told my driver to leave the car as work of bumper polishing will be done on Monday 30.09.2024. I told the concerned person that I have only one car and have to travel for work and causing great harassment due to delay and incurring costs. On 30.09.2024, I spoke to Mr. Swaroop Singh who is the service advisor and i am promised that car will be delivered by 12 noon so I can travel by 1pm. However, the car work is still not done and not delivered and no proper inputs received. It's such a shame that a small work takes 7 days and yet incomplete. Further, the service manager and service advisor give us incorrect information and we have to incur cost of commuting to service center and return empty handed. Also, lot of discomfort and harassment is caused due to delay. I have to incur cost on taxi to travel outstation due to delay by service center. The damage is caused by the service center. I have incurred huge expenditure for travelling by taxi due to delay. Even today I have to travel by Taxi and incur expenses due to bad service and delay by service center. I am writing this grievance as now it's really pathetic service and customer care by Garve Motors, Tathawade Service Center, Pune and more particularly the service manager and service advisor named hereinabove. I have suffered huge expenses due to their delay and harassment and have to be compensated for the same HOPE THE OWNERS OF THE AGENCY TAKE ACTION AND LOOK INTO THE MANNER HOW CUSTOMERS ARE HARASSED AT THEIR SERVICE CENTER.not good to recommendDear TATA Team , I hope this message finds you well.
