How to File a Shipment Complaint to Ecom Express?

The complaint resolution mechanism within the Ecom Express is divided into 2 levels. According to customer service policy, If you have any complaint about the shipment, parcel delivery, or logistics services then first raise your concern to Ecom customer care at level 1 and then escalate to the next authorized person at the next level.

Level 2: Grievance Officer, Ecom Express

If your submitted complaint at level 1 is not resolved within the given period to your satisfaction then you may escalate this complaint to the appointed Grievance Officer of Ecom Express. To lodge a grievance, you should provide the following details:

  • Name, contact number, and email
  • Reference/ticket number of submitted complaint
  • Airway Bill Number (tracking ID)
  • Expected relief
  • Description of the issue with the reason for dissatisfaction

date/18/8/24 today morning i got an wrong order form Ecom express i don't know i thought that i ordered crocs from flipkart when the order came i was at my friend house i thought crocs came delivery man call to me i said your order came then i said go straight my friend house will be their go and give to her mother then she took the order i thought those are crocs and i pay him 630 rupees my crocs price is also 630 rupees i thought crocs came and i went to my friend then her mother gave me my order and i came to my home and i open it in that their was one black some thing like decretive item my problem is i dint ordered any thing or in any website contact me my number can you please these this order and give my money plese

The delivery agent of Ecom Express is not delivering the courier or has given a fake remark.

The delivery agent of Ecom Express is not delivering the courier or has given a fake remark. I have been calling them continuously but they are not answering the calls even though the courier has the medicine or it is written in big words on the top of the box but still they are not delivering the medicine, troubling the consumer. the patient is in urgent need of medicines.

I have purchased one ladies suits for my wife birthday which was on 17th July. My consignment reached at Bangalore on 15th July but still the same lying on same location.
